We hired Fran & her team at Solstice Consulting on a retained basis, to provide holistic company-wide coaching support on both a 1-2-1 & team basis. In addition, the Solstice Consulting team created bespoke coaching programmes for our leadership team, aspiring managers, returning parents & our executive board.
