Leadership & Career Coaching
Our Leadership & Career Coaching programmes are designed to meet the needs of both individuals & the organisations in which they are embedded.
We help individuals to finesse and broaden their leadership skill-set, improve personal and team motivation, and achieve balanced individual & organisational objectives. Leadership & Career Coaching can also be of significant benefit to organisations undergoing cultural change.
Leadership & Career Coaching
A typical coaching package includes:
- Free consultation call
- Bespoke programme to suit individual or organisational needs
- Typically 6-9 coaching sessions on a fortnightly/monthly basis
- 60-90 minute sessions
- 1 x 30 minute telephone follow-up
- Custom goal setting
- Ongoing support over email
- Establish a feedback loop between management & individual where required
- Option to add additional targeted coaching or consulting services

Holistic Performance Coaching
Our Holistic Performance Coaching programmes are designed to meet the needs of individuals, on a one-to-one basis. They can be booked independently for personal growth, or for employees via an organisation.

As with our Leadership & Career Coaching Programmes, our Holistic Performance Coaching sessions raise awareness, encourage curiosity & move individuals through challenge to clarity. We encourage individuals to step into their own version of high performance & reach their potential.
The Holistic Performance Coaching programme asks individuals to pause and reflect on their current reality, examining several key areas which feed into personal performance levels. The Solstice Coaching team support clients to unpick the challenges within each space, identify objectives & set goals to move towards them.
People Enablement Coaching
People Enablement Coaching is a holistic support programme designed specifically for organisations who are looking to enhance the engagement, productivity & overall fulfilment of their employees. Each programme is bespoke, and will be modelled around specific organisational challenges & goals.
Typically, it will involve confidential one-to-one coaching sessions with employees at all levels, macrolevel feedback on themes to key stakeholders, plus feedback & suggestions on how to improve employee experience & wellbeing. The aim is to ensure that employees have what they need to be the best version of themselves, which in turn allows the Organisation to reach its potential.
People Enablement Coaching
A typical coaching package includes:
- Free Discovery call with key stakeholder to discuss organisational challenges
- Bespoke programme to suit organisational needs
- One-to-one coaching sessions with employees & leadership team
- Weekly macro feedback on themes
- Personalised goal setting on an individual & organisational basis
- Establish a feedback loop between management & team where required
- End of Programme report & recommendations
- Optional to add additional coaching or consulting services
The programme can be extended to incorporate elements such as onboarding & benefits review, employee engagement survey, team feedback sessions, learning & development plus an in-depth process & procedural review. In addition, the Solstice team can facilitate impactful workshops on areas such as such as resilience, alignment, growth mindset, goal setting & employee wellness.
The People Enablement Coaching experience was born out of extensive experience of working with corporate teams. We identified a pattern of disconnection between what a Leadership teams often believes vs the way employees feel. This disconnection has a significant impact on both individual & team success. This programme can act as a cultural barometer & is useful for organisations going through periods of transition.
It is a fantastic programme for organisations who are looking to empower employees to reach their potential. It provides Leadership teams with healthy challenge, and will affect sustainable, progressive, positive change.
